Turnaround time

Turnaround time is the time it takes for me to make your items and does not include delivery time.
Current turnaround time is up to 7 business days (excluding weekends).
 

Shipping Information

UK 

  • Standard UK shipping is sent via Royal Mail 1st class (approx.1-2 working days delivery).
  • Postal upgrades are available at checkout

USA

  • USA orders will be sent as Royal Mail international tracked.
  • Estimated delivery is currently 1-3 weeks, this is usually on the quicker side but please bear in mind potential postal service delays are possible during busy holiday seasons and extreme weather events etc, which are outside my control.

EU countries

  • Due to new EU vat regulations taking effect 1st July 2021, I've decided to only sell to EU countries via my Etsy shop. Please visit the Etsy shop here

 
Further information
    • Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
    • Proof of postage is obtained for all orders.
    • If you think your order is missing, please contact me immediately and I will do my best to resolve the situation. (Please bear in mind that delays are expected due to the current pandemic). If however it is missing due to an incorrect shipping address given, this is unfortunately out of my control. Please make sure to double check your address at checkout prior to ordering.
    • If for whatever reason your parcel is not able to be delivered and Royal Mail return it back to me (e.g. incorrect address was given), postage will be payable again in order for me to resend the parcel to you.
