Frequently Asked Questions

  • All items are made to order (unless stated otherwise). This means they will be subject to my current turnaround time - which is the time it takes for me to make your items.
  • Current turnaround time is 5-7 working days (exc. weekends).  
  • I endeavour to make all orders within turnaround times set, if my turnaround time increases I will notify you of this asap. 
  • After the turnaround time, please allow time for your items to be delivered via your chosen shipping method.
  • For those purchasing in the UK all orders are sent 1st class by Royal Mail. Once dispatched within my stated turnaround time, delivery usually takes 1-2 working days (exc. weekends). If you would like to upgrade to special next day delivery, please send me a message prior to ordering.
  • For those purchasing in Ireland there are two options available at checkout - Royal Mail international standard (untracked) and Royal Mail international tracked & signed (this is tracked at extra cost). Delivery can take up to 2 weeks.
  • For those purchasing in the US and rest of Europe, all mail is sent via Royal Mail international tracked & signed. Delivery can take between 1-4 weeks, depending on customs.

Please allow for delivery times stated in my shipping & turnaround info. If your order has taken longer than stated, please message me and I will look into this.

International orders may take longer to arrive due to customs delays, which I am not responsible for. 

Following Royal Mails claim process, items will not be classed as missing until:

  • (UK 1st Class orders) if the item hasn't been delivered by the due date plus 10 working days.
  • (Europe orders) if the item hasn't been delivered by the due date plus 20 working days. 
  • (Rest of the world) if the item hasn't been delivered by the due date plus 25 working days.

Yes, please message me with the details of the item, style, colour etc you are looking for and I will do my best to create a custom order for you.

If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your order, please email bowsewadorable@gmail.com along with your name, order number and reason for returning. Please note this excludes sale items, custom items and personalised items, which unfortunately cannot be returned.

 

Conditions of return:

  • You must return products to us within 14 days of receipt, we can not offer a refund or exchange after the 14 days has passed.
  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • You (the buyer) will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds (if applicable)

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at bowsewadorable@gmail.com.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact bowsewadorable@gmail.com

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
